A: Yes we are, please read our COVID update here.

A: To give you a price we need to discuss your requirements or in some cases make a quick site visit.

A: We will try to get you an appointment within 48hrs of contacting us where possible.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes we have £1m of public liability cover.

Q: How many times a year should I have my carpets cleaned?

A: Cleaning frequency depends on a number of things such as the number of occupants in the household, pets, smokers and children. On average you should clean your carpets every 12 months to maintain your carpet.

Q: Can you remove wine, tea, coffee etc…

A: Some stains can be permanent and therefore we can’t make any promises that we can remove them. We usually get better results if we attempt to remove the stain before anyone else tries.

Q: Can pet odours and urine be removed?

A: The deodoriser in our cleaning solution will deal with most pet odours. We use professional spotters specificity designed for the removal of urine.

Q: Can steam cleaning damage my carpet?

A: No. Hot water extraction is considered to be the best method for removing embedded soil and other contaminants. It is also the preferred cleaning method by the leading carpet manufacturers.

Q: What should I do about the furniture in the room?

A. Our cleaners will happily move any furniture that does not require more than one person such as side tables or small items. We would also kindly ask that you remove small objects, breakables before the cleaner arrives. If you want us to clean under large items like beds, wardrobes or sofas these will need to be removed before our arrival.
